Girls for Mercenaries, Go Go Dancers in Much Peril

An ages old tale.  Go Go dancers and the mercenaries who love them.  Or in this case...Go Go dancers and the mercenaries who hunt them down.  Today we have some nice exploitation/action from Spain...featuring...yep, Go Go dancers.  We don't get enough movies about Go Go dancers.  I know, today we get movies about exotic dancers.  Still, bring back the Go Go dancers!  Our feature today is 1970's "Girls for Mercenaries," directed by Pascual Cervera.

Four brutish mercenaries are on the run from some Third World African army.  They have a briefcase filled with money.  Three of the mercenaries betray their captain and abscond with the briefcase. Party time!  The trio goes to a Go Go club and all get to make out with Go Go dancers.  Roberts seduces Delia (Monica Sun de Sander Ramses).  Her two dancing girlfriends are the blonde Betty (Maria Elena Flores) and brunette Marita (Puri Villa).  The six party and Roberts and Delia have pre-marital sex.  Uh oh...the captain finds them and murders Roberts.  Now the captain believes Delia has the briefcase with the loot.  She is now on the run.

The captain almost murders Delia and she runs into the arm of a hunk doctor.  He believes her story about amnesia...probably because she's a real dish.  Now Delia calls Betty to help her...she's useless.  Uh oh...the captain really wants his money and keeps killing.  He just will not let Delia alone and she really does not know where the loot is.  Now the captain bitch-slaps his way to the truth and then has Delia whipped and man-handled.  Now men must save our sexy Go Go dancing damsel before the captain does more terrible things to her.

Exploitation all the way...hence Go Go dancers as a main plot device.  Delia and her mates are all ravishing and are always under intense peril.  Short skirts, boots, and wonderful figures highlight this 1970's Euro-Trash exploitation film.  Avoid the woke idiocy that is "She-Hulk" and see some real women dance and sleep themselves out of mortal peril.  For a film with women we actually want to see on screen, see "Girls for Mercenaries."

Blazing Stewardesses, High Flying Hotties on a Ranch

Okay, take away Gene Wilder, Cleavon Little, and saddles...then add babes, bikinis, and sex in the cockpit, and we have 1975's "Blazing Stewardesses," directed by Al Adamson.  With age, weight gain, and unions, the luster of being a stewardess has dissipated over the last few decades. In the 1970s, as Pan Am and TWA hotties still engaged in catfights, being a stewardess was a profession with glamour and excitement. Al Adamson capitalized on this and today we will take a look at his classic exploitation film.

Debbie (Connie Hoffman) is a babe stewardess who has just caught her two-timing BF with a skank. Now she need to get away.  An old friend, cowboy millionaire Ben (Robert Livingston) asks her to work a junket with two other hot stewardesses to his ranch/casino.  If she agrees, there is a two week vacation there for her and her buddies.  Joining Debbie is the ditz Lori (Regina Carrol), and Barbara (Marilyn Joi). On the flight over, the three stewardesses are joined by another one, Jackie (Nicolle Riddell) who will have that proverbial sex in the cockpit scene. The other stewardesses also seduce and enjoy pre-marital sex on the flight.  Ben is eager for the babes to get to his ranch and desires them to "be nice" to the gamblers so they will gamble a lot.

Ben is having trouble.  His evil foreman, Trask (Don "Red" Barry) has mustered a hooded gang of evil cowboys to rough up all Ben's employees and hijack trucks headed to the ranch.  Ben loves legendary madam, Honey (Yvonne DeCarlo) and Trask wants Honey.  Now the gals arrive and Honey wants them to be whores at her brothel.  The gals will love, prance around in bikinis, ride horses, and seduce.  Trask's men are dedicated to ruin Ben's ranch.  Oh yes, The Ritz Brothers!  They sing, dance, and entertain a lot.  One of  them will swap a lot of spit with Lori.  Then there is the mysterious guest at the ranch, Bob (Geoffrey Land)...no spoilers here, but he may have some loving in mind for Debbie.

Stewardess-sploitation from an era when we wanted to see stewardesses on film. Today, stewardesses have become "Flight Attendants" and are retaining water and providing less and less service as the years go by.  For some babes in peril drama, on a ranch where the stewardesses become cowgirls, see "Blazing Stewardesses."

Hideout in the Sun, Nudes Frolicking and Jiggling

Nudes frolicking in the surf!  Nudes playing volleyball!  Nudes picnicking! Nudes falling in love! Nudes playing with...ostriches!!!  Wait!  Ostriches?  Are we sure they aren't emus?  Are the ostriches okay with this? Yes...juggling! What's jiggling?  Well...the naughty parts, of course.  Okay, I know what you are thinking.  This is a 1960 film...the dames are nude...the guys are, too.  However...where the gals are at one with the camera...the guys have their tally-whackers concealed by some well placed beach balls.  Nudes in danger! Today we look at "Hideout in the Sun,: directed by Larry Wolk and Doris Wishman.

Duke (Greg Conrad) and his brother Steve (Earl Bauer) rob a bank.  Now they are on the run. Fleeing the police, the brothers carjack the nubile and shapely Dorothy (Dolores Carlos).  She's clothed...but not for long. They force her to bring them to a resort she belongs to, The Hibiscus Country Club, where she has a cottage.  She does.  Guess what!  The club is a nudist colony.  Steve and Duke are now hiding in her cottage.  Steve, masquerades as her husband and sheds his clothes. Now Steve and Dorothy mingle outside among the nude.  Every women is a babe and every guy is a hunk.  A lot of volleyball and skinny dipping occur.  Frolicking with ostriches will also occur...don't ask.

Uh oh, Steve and Dorothy fall in love.  Duke is grouchy and shy and stays clothed inside the cottage.  There will be more ostriches and jiggling of private parts.  Beachballs will be played with and bouncing while jogging fills the silver screen.  Duke arranges for a getaway boat, but Steve and Dorothy continue to fall in love.  Duke will push the issue and aim to continue the getaway.  He also plans to take a boat to Cuba and dump Dorothy in the ocean when halfway there.  Steve is not so eager to do this. Dorothy will jiggle more and frolic nicely in the wind and surf.

Hard hitting reality at its best.  Will Duke ever take his clothes off? What is the difference between an ostrich and an emu among the nude?  Just where does a nude put the car keys of an escape vehicle when on the run from the cops?  Frivolous and gratuitous, "Hideout in the Sun" is a film that you may enjoy and never have to tell anyone you watched it.
